Their “Marshalls” demeanor was extremely condescending and rude when we were approached about amount of equipment that was rented to me by their establishment. While trying to explain to him the situation and the conversation that was had with the service associate prior to teeing off the Marshall yelled at me that our group needed to leave. The attitude about the situation only served to exacerbate the unpleasant experience. It is disheartening to experience and observe such a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach in the hospitality industry. Their lack professionalism showcases a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of accountability on the part of the establishment. I will say in conclusion, my experience at Tiara Rado Golf Course was marred by unprofessional, and condescending employees. The lack of regard for customer satisfaction and the absence of effective management are clear indicators of the course’s disregard for providing an enjoyable golfing experience.
